Review response and sentiment automation

Reviews handled. Sentiment understood. Bad ones escalated, not buried.

No restaurant or shop owner reads every Yelp review. We build the system that does. Pulls them all, drafts replies in your voice, pings you the second a 1-star drops, and tells you what customers really feel, broken out by theme, every week.

  • Every Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor review in one feed
  • AI drafts a reply in your tone, auto-posts positive, you approve negative
  • 1 to 3 star reviews escalated to Slack with customer history
  • Weekly sentiment report: themes, trends, what’s improving
  • Multi-location and per-staff breakdowns

What the review system handles

Custom-built for your business. The tone, the rules, the escalation paths are yours. Live in 4 to 6 days.

Review Aggregation

AI

Pulls every Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot review into one feed. Sortable by rating, date, and theme.

Auto-Drafted Replies

AI

AI drafts a reply for every review in your tone. Approved positive reviews auto-post. You see drafts for anything below 4 stars.

Bad Review Escalation

AI

1 to 3 star reviews trigger an immediate Slack ping with the review text, customer history (if found), and a suggested response.

Weekly Sentiment Report

AI

AI tags every review by theme (service, wait, quality, pricing, cleanliness, staff). You see what customers actually feel, with trend charts.

Review Request Loops

AI

Post-service prompts via SMS or email, timed for highest response rate. Pushes your Google rating up steadily.

Competitor Review Watch

AI

Reads your competitors’ reviews too. Surfaces what their customers complain about, so you can position against it.

Per-Location Review Reports

Either

Multi-unit? Reports per location, per manager. Spot the one location that’s pulling down the brand.

Per-Staff Review Tagging

Either

Salons, restaurants, dental: tag reviews to the stylist, server, hygienist mentioned. Performance reports per person.

How it works

Three steps. Days, not quarters. No tech-speak required.

We’re not selling SaaS, we’re not running a discovery sprint, and we’re not putting you through six weeks of meetings. We listen, we build or staff, we hand it over.

01

A 20-minute call

You tell us the work, in plain English. We listen. By the end of the call you know what we’d automate or who we’d staff, how, what tools we’d use, and what it costs.

No pitch deck. No discovery framework. Just two people figuring out what’s actually worth building.

02

We scope and ship

You get a one-page scope with a flat number. You approve. We build it on the tools you already use, or place the senior person. You see progress in days.

You approve every workflow before it touches a customer or a transaction. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

03

It runs. You watch.

Daily or weekly summary lands in your inbox, Slack, or WhatsApp. What ran, what flagged, what auto-resolved. You always know what’s happening.

Want to tweak it, pause it, scale it, or build the next one? One message. We stay involved as long as you need us.

How we price

Simple. Affordable. Honest on the call.

We won’t publish a $299 starter tier. Your business isn’t a pre-built tier and your problem isn’t a template. One 20-minute call, one flat number, one clear deliverable. Whether it’s a tiny script or a multi-tool integration, you know the cost before we touch a line of code.

Flat fee per build

Every automation gets one number. You see it before we start. No hourly games, no surprise add-ons, no scope creep.

Affordable for SMBs

We’re built for restaurants, dental offices, auto shops, not enterprise. Most builds cost less than a month of a software subscription you’re not using.

Full transparency

You see the tools, the code, the cost of the underlying APIs. We’re not hiding margin in a black box. You own everything we build.

Live in days, not quarters

Simple automations in 3 to 5 days. Bigger builds in 1 to 2 weeks. The longest project we’ve had was 21 days.

One more honest thing. If a $20 per month SaaS already solves your problem, we’ll tell you on the first call. The right answer always beats the bigger invoice.

FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

Honest answers. If yours isn’t here, contact us.

What exactly do you build?
Two things. First, custom process automations. Integrations between the tools you already use, dashboards that pull from every source, automated reports and alerts, AI workflows that read reviews, emails, or documents and act on them, quote builders that scrape external data, inbox triage, reconciliation pipelines. Second, senior tech staffing. Engineers, BAs, PMs, designers, and architects embedded into your team, or running a project end to end as a managed engagement.
What is the difference between staff augmentation and professional services?
Staff augmentation means we send you a senior person (or a small team) and you manage them like an extension of your own staff. Contract or full-time. Day rate or monthly. Professional services means we run the project end to end with our team. Discovery, build, ship, handoff. You manage the outcome, not the people. Both flavors are available across every role we staff.
Do you do voice AI or phone receptionists?
No. Plenty of companies do, we don’t. Voice AI still feels off to a lot of customers, and most missed-call problems are better solved with smart SMS routing, automated text-back, and better dashboards. We focus on text, data, and system-to-system automation. The stuff that quietly runs in the background.
What roles do you staff?
Engineering: full-stack, backend, frontend, mobile (iOS, Android, React Native), DevOps, SRE, platform, cloud architects (AWS, GCP, Azure), database admins, cybersecurity. Data and AI: data engineers, BI analysts, AI and ML engineers, AI integration specialists, MLOps. Quality: QA engineers, test automation, SDET, DevSecOps. Design: UX, UI, product design, design systems. Business and delivery: business analysts, project managers, program managers, scrum masters, agile coaches, product managers, solutions architects, technical PMs.
How is this different from Zapier or Make.com?
Zapier and Make are tools. We use them sometimes, plus n8n, plus custom Node.js, plus Claude scripts. The difference is we figure out what should be automated in your business (most owners aren’t sure), build it end to end, document it, and stay involved when it breaks or needs updating. You’re not buying a tool subscription. You’re buying a working automation you own.
I have a weird, specific problem. Will you actually build it?
Yes. That’s the whole point. Examples we’ve built: a Sheet that auto-cleans itself overnight, a scraper that watches a competitor’s menu, a Slack bot that answers what did we sell yesterday. If you can describe the workflow in plain English, we can probably build it.
What tools do you integrate with?
POS: Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Shopify. Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero. Field service: Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, AutoLeap, Tekmetric. CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE. Delivery: DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub. Comms: Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Twilio SMS, WhatsApp Business. Plus REST APIs, webhooks, and anything Zapier, Make, or n8n can reach.
How much does it cost?
Each build is custom-scoped and flat-fee. We won’t tell you on a website, because the website doesn’t know your business. What we will promise: it’s priced for small businesses, not enterprise. Most builds cost less than a month of unused software. You see the exact number before we start. No hourly games. For staffing, monthly rates depend on role and seniority. Same principle. You see the number first.
How fast can you ship something?
Simple automations (an alert, a daily report, a single integration) in 3 to 5 business days. Mid-size builds (multi-tool workflows, custom dashboards) in 7 to 14 days. Bigger projects in 2 to 3 weeks. For staffing, we match in 24 hours from our bench, fully trained on your stack in 5 to 14 days.
Who owns the code and the automations?
You do. Everything we build (Claude scripts, n8n workflows, dashboards, API bridges) lives on your infrastructure (or ours if you prefer hosted). You get the source, the docs, the credentials. We’re not locking you into a subscription.
What happens after launch?
You get a written runbook for the automation, a daily or weekly summary of what it did, and a direct line to us when something breaks or needs tweaking. Most clients ask us to build something else within a month, but that’s your call, not a forced retainer.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS, Cloudflare) and isolate every client’s data and credentials. For HIPAA-regulated businesses (dental, medical) we run BAA-covered infrastructure. We never use your data to train shared models, and you control every credential.
When are you NOT the right fit?
If you want a $20 off-the-shelf bot, look elsewhere. We build custom. If you want a 500-seat enterprise rollout, we’re too small. If you need voice AI specifically, also not us. And if a SaaS already solves your problem, we’ll tell you on the first call so you save the money.
How do I start?
Tap any Contact us button on the site. We book a 20-minute call within 24 hours. You describe the work. We tell you if it’s worth automating (or who to staff), how, and what it costs. No pitch deck.
